Anniversary Cake

In celebration of eleven years (11 ‘ears’) I made this cake.  I used a pattern to make the stencil out of fondant.  It was a triple chocolate cake torte with chocolate butter cream and iced with butter cream.  There weren’t many specifications for this request other than Mickey and chocolate cake.  It is light pink in color in honor of the wife’s favorite color.

Cupcakes for Co-op

 

I’ve never made a cupcake cake so I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to try to make one.  Our co-op friends won’t be too critical.
